We coordinate multi-modal transport and route surveying for oversized cargo and heavy industrial components, including power transformers and wind turbine rotors, using multi-axle hydraulic modular trailers. All services are subject to strict logistical compliance frameworks to ensure secure transit.
You must provide accurate cargo specifications, including weight, dimensions, and any hazardous materials declarations. You are responsible for obtaining all necessary permits and ensuring site access for loading and unloading. Failure to provide complete information may result in service delays or refusal.
Our liability for loss or damage to cargo is limited to the declared value per shipment, not exceeding the amount specified in your service agreement. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits or production downtime. Claims must be submitted in writing within 14 days of delivery.
All fees are due prior to shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before scheduled loading may incur a charge of up to 25% of the total fee. Refunds for prepaid services are processed within 30 business days, subject to a 5% administrative fee.
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate services if you breach these terms, fail to pay, or provide false information. Upon termination, you must pay all outstanding fees and return any equipment provided.
